CSE2012 in Melbourne – Announcing My Key Note On Sales Enablement

The date is fast approaching – CSE2012 in Melbourne, August 28-29.

Sales enablement, especially evolving the topic to a strategic, holistic and collaborative discipline, that’s one of my passions, not only my profession. So, I’m very happy to give a key note on August 28 – amongst other well known and esteemed sales enablement experts and panelists such as Gerard Sample, Paul Freeman and Mark White.

We will talk about this challenging topic – what exactly is sales enablement, and why is it so important? Business innovation or just old wine in new skins? We will challenge this question by looking at it from different perspectives, for instance the buyer, the CEO and the sales perspective to understand and to analyze the disconnect between strategy and execution. Why do we need to work consequently from the outside to the inside? Why is collaboration in several dimensions so important?

Then, I will share our case study, our journey and our lessons learned with you – what we experienced so far at T-Systems.
And of course – we will discuss the next level of sales enablement!

Curious?

See you next week in Melbourne!
